Foster mom – Ramona Spencer
Ramona has been a foster mother for eight years and an Angels’ Arms foster mother for five years, fostering children of all ages. She has a teaching certificate and is licensed to be a Therapeutic Home and for Newborns. During her time with Angels’ Arms, her home has been a sanctuary for 15 children.
Fun Fact: She also has her cosmotolgy license!
