1st Festus Home – Opened October 2022

Kim has been fostering for 12 years and has helped over 75 foster children during that time. She joined the Angels’ Arms family in 2022, moving into our first established Festus home. She is additionally licensed to be a Therapeutic home. Kim’s home is open to boys and girls of all ages, but she has a special heart for helping teen girls.
