Foster Parents –Vanessa & Michael Rucker
The Ruckers have been opening their home and hearts to foster children for more than 30 years, and over the years, they have adopted three children into their family.
“We are so blessed to be a part of the Angels’ Arms community. We moved into the Ballwin home on January 16, 2024, and have received so much support and love. Our girls have adjusted to their new schools, and we’ve met neighbors who care deeply about our family and have offered their support. We truly enjoy every part of the Angels’ Arms community.”
